We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful condo with great views of the beach. It was a great size for my family of four and was very well decorated and felt cozy and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the dryer in the unit. We we’re provided 4 bath towels and a few days in I washed a load of clothes then towels only to discover the dryer wouldn’t dry. We tried several cycles then noticed the lent collector was clogged with sand from previous use. I called the property management company and left a message. I never heard back and had to call again the next day to follow up. They told me they wouldn’t be able to get anyone over there to fix the dryer until the following day which was our last day. I asked that because of this that they provide us with more clean towels as ours had been sitting wet in the dryer for two days. They said they would not be able to do that, either. The maintenance man came the following day and fixed it. Or so I assume… i couldn’t chance testing it to see if it dried or not because I had to fly out the next day and didn’t want to travel with a suitcase full of wet clothes if it didn’t work. While the property was amazing, I was displeased with the property management’s lack of service. I hope they notified the next tenant of the dryer issue so they don’t face the same situation.
