Aloha! We are proud to present Maui Banyan Q 109A. This is a rare studio unit which can sleep four, with a full sized refrigerator!
We bought this unit because we loved the location. It is in the back of the complex, away from the street noise, but close to the parking lot, the quiet back pool, and the tennis court. The unit is located right near the side entrance, so there's not a lot of walking down hallways or taking elevators. There are no stairs. For those of you who don't yet know Maui, Kihei is the place with the driest weather, and the most sunshine! There's a lot of great restaurants, and beautiful public beaches, calm waters and a wonderful breeze. It's only 20 minutes to the airport. Kihei is preferred by us over West Maui (Lahaina), because it's easier to access the whole island from here, whether it's going up Haleakala, or heading down the road to Hana! You will love it here!
And why Maui Banyan? Maui Banyan is near some of the best restaurants in Kihei, and across the street from the best beach in Kihei (Kamaole III). It's a friendly non-pretentious community and it's full of nice people! Lots of Canadians! You can't get more friendly than that!
This unit was just beautifully renovated. We had a full sized refrigerator installed, so you can get groceries and eat some meals in the unit. There's also a kitchenette, with a microwave and a coffee maker. There's a strong air conditioning unit as well, to keep you comfortable after a hot day at the beach. The beds are brand new Casper mattresses, so you'll sleep like a baby and wake up to the birds singing. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We had the A & B units (2 Bedroom) it was quite spacious, well maintained and well equipped. They had provided plenty of beach equipment including coolers, which was convenient! they also have several large BBQs both inside and outside of the pool area. The location is a condo complex with several other buildings, all guests we met were friendly there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, we were there in January, we recommend reservations where possible because there was often line ups at the most popular ones. The beach is across the road, there is a paved walking/biking path along the beachside road. We also enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings.

The place was great! It was clean and very well kept. It had great amenities including beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, and snorkel gear. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked. All of this was very much appreciated. The grounds had two pools with hot tubs and grills. I have nothing bad to say. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated studio with easy access to the beach and even easier access to a pool. Had some confusion with the owner that was instantly cured to our complete satisfaction.
