Beautiful view. Had everything we needed.We have stayed in many condos here and this was the best.Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. Pay attention to 4:00 check-in time. We arrived earlier than planned and had to wait.

The Condo at the Banyan was excellent with all the stuff in it, even beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with all dishes etc. The only thing was the beds were a bit soft, too soft for my liking, but everybody is different. Overall great place, as I have stayed at the Banyan many times before, this was a fabulous condo.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
