Spectrum internet came during our stay and the internet was changed. The new network and password is behind the box unit. Future guests will need this because it doesn’t match what’s in the binder. It is not clear where the washer and dryer is. It should be explained that’s it’s out on the lanai. I called once to request laundry detergent because we were not provided any. I left a message and never heard back. I then had to call again. Otherwise the location and quality of the rest of the unit is great. Really needs new flooring, the carpet is gross. It’s the only thing that makes me hesitate about staying here again.

Nice property thank you for sharing. Master bathroom right hand sink was plugged upon arrival. Not sure, but we may have broke the top to the Brita water filter. We appreciate having all the beach chairs and supplies. We used little AC and the evenings were very pleasant. Thank you.
