Simple accommodations, clean & well arranged. Appreciated how glass doors contributed to quiet nights. Wonderful tropical breezes & ocean view too. A/C was great along with ceiling fans for good room circulation.

We have stayed in this same condo numerous times and have always found it to be extremely clean, well maintained and absolutely perfect! The king size bed is very comfortable, the ceiling fans help circulate the cool air from the A/C, the furnishings are nice and we love the lanai with it\'s ocean view and tropical breeze. This condo has everything we need (boogie boards, beach chairs and towels etc.) and then some! It seems like every time we stay here, there are more upgrades. Since our last visit, the carpeting is new, the countertops have been replaced as has the tile in the master bathroom tub/shower. Having 2 full baths is such a bonus as we had friends spend two nights on the sofa bed and they were able to have a bathroom all to themselves. All of the BBQ\'s out by the 2 pools are immaculate and well kept. You just can\'t beat the location as you are within walking distance to many restaurants. The beach is a 3 minutes walk and has great snorkeling. We will be back again!

The Maui Banyan condo H412 we stayed in was clean, well cared for and comfortable. It was a good place just to walk to the shops and restaurants as well as quick access to the beach. I would stay there again. Thank you
